Certificates of official character of the qualifications of the student

It is not necessary in the printed form to put the number of file.

If you want to ask your Academic Certification by email you have to attach to the application a copy of your National Identification or Passport.

 

It happens when continuing the same studies in the case of change of Plans studies in the same  Center.

Tables of adaptations

The term of applications of Adaptation will be from 1st May to 15th September of every year until the definite extinction of the Plans of Undergraduate Degree.

The cessation of the academic effects of the registration realized with the consequent loss of the rights of evaluation and the obligation to satisfy the public prices, unless its return proceeds. In any case they will have to satisfy the Admission Office amounts.

The requests can be introduced in the Admission Office before March 31st of the academic course pointing out the cause by which it is requested.

When the student has passed all the credits (you must include the language acreditation) that give place to obtain the Title, has to request:

1º. Application of Expedition of Title: Fill and firm the application that correspond and send to:

  1.  Duplicate Title Application Form.
  2. Original and two photocopies for your ID, NIE or valid passport (only students from abroad).
  3. Original and photocopy for your corresponding title (Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma/Undergraduate Degree or Undergraduate Degree if it is a Master's Degree application)

  4. Original and photocopy of the large family card in force.

2º. Once the file is checked, we will send the letter of payment to your email.

3º. Delivered Title: it will be delivered to the student and have to show the National Identification or Passport.

   If the student is out of Sevilla, you can request his reference to the Delegation of the Government or Embassy of Spain abroad filling the following application and send it to fcom4@us.es

The credits studied in the frame of international exchanges (Erasmus/Agreements) and nationals (SICUE) have to be recognized through a request in the Admission office of the faculty.

Once we receive the qualifications on the part of the University where you have studied your mobility, we will send to you a email to indicate you that you must come to Admission Office to request the Recognition of the above mentioned credits.

You must present the form that appears in the link below as well as the last version of your academic agreement (has to be signed for all the implied parts).

It is the document that accompanies to each of the university Degrees of official character and validity in the whole national territory, with the information unified and personalized for every university student, on the experienced studies, the obtained results, the acquired professional capacities and the level of Degree in the National System of Higher education. It will be able only to be expressed for degrees which expedition has been requested by posteriority 12-09-2003 and that it corresponds with studies finished in accordance with renewed plans of study and in force in the academic course 2003/2004 or later.

There can only be request by the students of the old degree system (2002 Plan).

The students will be able to enrol in the Final Project Degree whenever they have surpassed at least the 70 percent of the total credits of the degree (168 credits).

This Validation allows to recognize officially, to academic effects, of higher education realized abroad, finished or not with the securing of a Title, with regard to partial Spanish university studies, which allow to continue the above mentioned studies in a Spanish University. “In application to the established in the Royal decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, and in accordance with the new new regulatory Rule of the Recognition and Transfer of Credits of the University  of Sevilla (Agreement 4.3/CG 22-11-11 modified by the Agreement 7.3/CG 20-02-2015) opens a term from 5th September to 6th October to request the pertinent recognition.”

When it requests any return of public prices (granting of scholarship, validation courses, etc…..) It is always necessary to attach to the model of application the photocopy of the National Identification or Passport.

Refund of 70%: Course/s surpassed/s in the third call (December).

- Requirement: it will be refunded, (the student do not have to request it), to the current bank account in which the student appear like headline or co-headline, (if it is not like this, the student must provide a current bank account)

Transfer to another University:

Those students of the Faculty that have obtained the file transfer to continue the studies in another University, will have to go the Registry Office with the notification of the transfer conceded and pay the corresponding rights of transfer.

On the acceptance or refusal of the application the student will be informed by means of a notification by certified mail to the postal address indicated in its application.

To request validations or recognition of credits originated from university studies must pass go to Admission Office in schedule from  11'00 until 13'00 hours, from MONDAY until WEDNESDAY.

PERIOD: FROM SEPTEMBER 5TH UNTIL OCTOBER 4TH

Requests will not be admitted out of the term and the schedule established for it.

The students registration visitors is a registration form without academic effects for foreign students with studies of university level, of the first, second or third cycle and for Spanish students with a degree.

This modality of enrollment will not be able to concurrent with the ordinary enrollment in the same degree.

This type of enrollment is made by personal interest and only gives right to the expedition of the corresponding certification.

Students visitors for the first course are not accepted.
